The CW Plus (CWP) is The CW Network’s broadcast platform that distributes programming exclusively to the smaller television markets that typically have less than 350,000 TV homes. CWP provides a 24/7 program schedule to these affiliates. With The CW’s primetime schedule as its centerpiece, the line-up is supplemented by first run and off-net syndicated programming acquired on an exclusive basis from the major studios including NBC/Universal, Sony, and Disney/FOX.

CWP is currently available in 112 markets and reaches about 9 million homes or 9% of USTV HH on an NTI basis. CWP is carried by 106 digital over-the-air stations, primarily as a HD multicast on an ABC/NBC/CBS or FOX station, and available via cable in 6 additional markets. CWP’s geography covers parts of 44 states and 5 time zones.

CWP offers national advertisers a unique opportunity to showcase their products and services to its entire small market footprint of DMA’s “in pattern” on a very efficient and cost-effective basis. All CWP markets are captured with one negotiation and your advertising message is nestled in our powerful first-run network and syndicated programming via our cutting-edge unwired network.

CWP originates four, time zone specific HD programming streams via satellite on a 24/7 basis.
